Warranty

The Eurocoms warranty covers our structured cabling & wireless installations and workmanship for a minimum of 15 years.

We can offer this type of warrantee because of the quality of materials and experience and training of our engineers. All our installation work is tested thoroughly before we leave the site. Once a network is up and running it is very unlikely that it will fail.

In the unlikely event that you have a cabling problem, a network cabling engineer will speak with you to assess the problem. Once the fault has been identified, a network engineer will visit the site within 24 hours free of charge to rectify the fault and re-test the link.

We can offer repair existing network cabling outside warranty within our standard cabling charges. This is also available to customers with an existing network not supplied by us or who have damaged an installation subsequent to installation.
